I was raised in a family that deeply loved food, worked in food service, and committed to serving the community. I’ve spent the last 7 years laser-focused on technique mastery, tracking vegan and hospitality industry trends, listening to families and businesses curious about plant-based food, and developing my own recipes to share with friends and family.
I offer frequent Holiday Menus for purchase & pick-up a few weeks prior to most major holidays — I love the chance to serve people directly and play with seasonal produce!
