It’s that time of year when we’re stuck in winter and need another holiday to get us through to Spring!
At the risk of sounding like a broken record, I’m really excited about this menu! Definitely my ~ sexiest ~ menu 😉😆 so far.
A reprisal and slight reworking of my Christmas Eve Sandwich Board, plus a few new friends: two salads that I am very excited about — keeping it very “American Bistro” in this house — plus two different cookie doughs. I truly could not tell you what normal people eat for Christmas 😂. In our house, every holiday is a Greek holiday. However, take-out or restaurant food has always been de rigueur for Christmas Eve.
Thank you to everyone who ordered! What a busy week that was… I’m so looking forward to my Christmas menu and to having a bit more time to spend on crafting each item.

Easter 2021
Wow, that spanakopita may very well be one of the best things I’ve ever made. I was also thrilled to introduce a few folks to jackfruit in a way that really showcased its range outside of the now overly typical and often poorly executed “pulled pork” style.
The beginnings of warm weather draw out so many gorgeous vegetables, I’m so looking forward to bringing even more bright, fresh, vegetable-forward dinners to you all!
Valentines Day 2021
Thank you to everyone who ordered!! Such great feedback… I am absolutely grateful to hear which parts of the meals you preferred the most and why. I have a feeling I’ll be suckered into making heart-shaped ice cream sandwiches again! ;)
