Meal Plan Design and Personal Shopping
Since transitioning from a “SAD” Standard American Diet to a plant-based and vegan lifestyle, I’ve frequently had friends and acquaintances ask me for advice about what foods they should be looking for at their favorite grocery stores, and how they can incorporate more plant-based and seasonal ingredients into their regular diet and meal planning.
Many people are curious about adopting a plant-based diet, or are simply in search of easy ways to incorporate more vegetables and fruits into their normal routines, but are either having a difficult time adjusting their favorite recipes and meals, or are unfamiliar with the now widely-available vegan products like tofu, tempeh, and seitan.
I am excited to have the opportunity to work with you individually to design a shopping list and menu that best suits your dietary needs, as well as your curiosity and skill level in the kitchen! Such services may include:
Email correspondence or phone conversation related to your current and desired shopping list.
In-person consultation at your home or at the grocery store.
In-person consultation or email correspondence regarding meal planning and recipes
In-person guidance and exploration of specialty markets — Asian, Mexican, Italian
My current rate is $25/hr (4 hour minimum) for these services, but I would be happy to discuss a flat rate fee based on your specific needs.
